Title Education for the Transition to School Life
Authors Prof. Jordan Kolev Ph.D

Abstract

The author proves that in the surveyed pedagogical theories and experiments the understanding dominates, that the education for transition to school life is a continuous process throughout the life of the child in which some special school knowledge, abilities and qualities are activated. The author's conclusions that in the education of the child for school life, the following three possibilities for pedagogical assistance in his/her subjective-personal growth have to be considered:
- The child has to acquire the ability to wish to notice the other person - the child next to him, the parent, the classmate, the teacher.
- The child has to learn to wish with the power of will to tune its senses to a "positive wave" when apprehending others.
- The child has to want to carry out its active transformation role in the life of others - parents, classmates, teachers.
