Electronic Issue "Scientific Research"

In the offered report are concerned the results of the activities and work upon the project "3D model of Struma river basin". The project has lots of elements of the typical mapmaking. It describes the technology of making a digital model in the area of Struma river basin. The combined use of database of existing maps, GPS and GIS decisions are concerned in the project. The purpose of the cartographical model is: effective management and forecasting for floods.
