Electronic Issue "Scientific Research"

Government reversal, which was carried out by a military coup on the 9 th of June 1923 inserted amendments in the Bulgarian educational policy. The ruling party "Demokratichesky sgovor" made efforts to give a quality improvement on the education like the West-European model. The realization of the declared purposes mattered greatly both of the notable politicians - Prof. Al. Tsankov and N.Naidenov, who were educational Ministers for the lasting 8 years government of "Demokratichesky sgovor" Unrepresentative "long" duration of their government gave them both opportumity to balance their policy in accordance with the party`s declarations and to correct some of the approbated decisions. In the present investigation is constructed the social and educational portret of Prof.Al.Tsankov - one of the most contradictory person in the new Bulgarian history. The main lines in his educational policy is analysed here.
