Abstract |
On the current stage of social-economic development of Republic
of Bulgaria more than ever, it is necessary to be implemented in
theoretic and practical plan the dialectic integrity between local,
regional and national principles. Local and regional
self-government should be a form and evidence of national
management and vice versa.
