Abstract |
After the democratic changes in the Republic of Bulgaria, each
year dozens of public opinion polls and surveys on various problems
of the present day have been carried out. In those surveys the
legal issues have been considered with due attention. More
specifically, these are sociological researches dealing with the
legislative system's workings, i.e. how the court system, the
prosecutor's office, and the judicial inquiry function.
